Welfare Officer
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Degree or Diploma in social science or LLB with Labour Laws.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Welfare/HR/ Personnel/IR functions in Manufacturing Industries
- Required Skills:
- Interpersonal and liaison skills to ensure harmonious working environment between management, employees and labour unions, adept in problem solving, conflict management and grievances handling, should be well versed in labour laws and labour welfare activities.
Material Manager
- Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Equivalent of qualification/ MBA. Additional Qualification on Material management/supply chain and Certification on Lean Six Sigma should be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- 12.15 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG/Medical delices companies of which at least 8 years in Managerial role as a department heal
- Required Skills:
- In depth knowledge in supply chain, import and export guidelines and ISO standards. Experience in purchase of raw materials, spares, inventory management and Vendor development. Excellent negotiation skills and should possess strong experience in subcontractor development and proficiency in ERP is preferred.
